something that need to share with my friends


i m so lucky that meet a lot of friends in utem.. chinese have an adage said that "出外靠朋友在家靠父母”meaning that at home we can depends to parents but at outsite we need help from our friends... i m very enjoy with my friendship now.. everyone was so care about me.. thx to my housemade, thx to my coursemade n thx to my malay friends... i m very apperiated to our friendship...

homesick

i was sick since yesterday night.. but luckily not so serious.. suddenly i m so miss my parent, miss my sister and all of my family member.. haha.. almost 21 years old already but still homesick.. in chinese if somebody who is 21 years old is consider an adult and can independent already.. jz share with you all how was my dad take action when i m sick at home.. em.. my dad not going to fetch me to see doctor or bought medicine for me after i get my own driving licence... i m angry my dad, why he just leave me aloned when i m sick last time, but my sister have told me, my dad wanna me be more independent.. so i was forgive my dad.. i m going back to penang in coming CNY holiday... yeah... happy..

人类的十个最佳时间

●1. 念书的 最佳时间
早上 醒来头脑一定会昏昏的,但去 洗把脸后 ,就会清醒多了, 这时也是头脑最清醒的时候,而在此时念书或是记东西都会比较容易!
● 2.运动的 最佳时间
早晨 的时候出去散散步是不错的, 因为早晨的空气是最新鲜的,在散步时多呼吸些清新的空气, 不仅可以提神,对身体又很有帮助,但切记不要做剧烈运动 喔!
● 3.吃水果的 最佳时间
饭前一小时 吃水果最有益,因为水果是生食,吃生食再吃熟食, 体内就不会有白细胞增高的反应,有利于保护人体免疫系统,增强防病抗癌的能力。
● 4.锻炼的 最佳时间
傍晚时 锻鍊身体是最好的,因为人的各种活动都受〝生物钟"的影响, 无论是身体的适应或体力的发挥都在下午近傍晚时分最佳, 早上则反之,运动时的血压和心率都较傍晚时高,对人体有害。
● 5.洗澡的 最佳时间
晚上临睡前 ,洗一次温水澡能让全身的肌肉和关节放松,有助于安然入睡。
● 6.减肥的 最佳时间
饭后45分钟 。在二十分钟内散步行程1600 米,最有利于减肥。 如过二小时后再散步二十分钟,则减肥效果更佳。
● 7.睡眠的 最佳时间
午睡最好从 午后一小时开始 ,这时身体感觉较迟钝,很容易入睡。 晚上则以 十时至十一时上床最佳 ,因为人的深睡时间一般在淩晨二时至淩晨三时, 而人在睡后一个半小时进入深睡状态。
● 8.刷牙的 最佳时间
应在每次 进食后三分钟内 ,因为饭后三分口腔内的细菌开始分解 食物残渣中的酸性物质,腐蚀溶解牙釉质。
● 9.护肤的 最佳时间
人体皮肤的新陈代谢夜间十二时至凌晨六时最为旺盛, 因此 睡前护肤 有促进和保护皮肤新陈代谢及保护皮肤健美的作用。
● 10.饮茶的 最佳时间
饭后立即喝茶不科学,因为饭后立即喝茶,茶叶中的鞣酸可与食物中的铁结合成不溶的铁盐, 降低铁的吸收,时间长了容易诱发贫血,等 饭后一小时 ,食物中的铁质已基本吸收完毕, 这时喝茶就不会影响铁的吸收了。 记住了没~~
